(Lawn Care & Snow Removal Services)
1) Company Overview
YearRound Property Care (“Company”, “we”, “us”) provides residential property maintenance services including:
• Lawn mowing, trimming, and edging
• Snow removal for driveways and walkways
These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

🌱 LAWN CARE TERMS
2) Service Frequency
Customers may choose:
• Weekly lawn service, or
• Bi-weekly lawn service
⚠️ Overgrowth Policy (Important)
If a bi-weekly lawn becomes excessively overgrown due to weather, missed cuts, or rapid growth:
• An additional overgrowth fee may apply, OR
• The service may be automatically converted to weekly service at the weekly rate.
This is to ensure safety, equipment protection, and service quality.

3) Scope of Lawn Service
Standard lawn service includes:
• Grass cutting using mulching equipment (clippings returned to lawn)
• Trimming around fences, trees, and obstacles
• Basic edging along driveways and sidewalks
Mulching is the standard method. Grass clippings are not bagged or removed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Not included unless agreed separately:
• Bagging and removal of clippings
• Removal of large debris, branches, or garbage
• Weed removal or landscaping
• Heavy cleanup of neglected lawns
Additional charges may apply for overgrown or excessive conditions.

4) Scheduling & Weather
• Lawn service is performed weather permitting.
• Exact service times are not guaranteed.
• Rain, equipment issues, or safety concerns may cause delays.
Missed services due to weather may be rescheduled at the Company’s discretion.

5) Property Condition & Damage Disclaimer
The Company is not responsible for damage caused by:
• Hidden objects (rocks, toys, wires, hoses, etc.)
• Uneven ground or soft soil
• Underground utilities or irrigation systems
• Pre-existing damage to property
Customers must ensure the lawn is clear of obstacles before service.

❄️ SNOW REMOVAL TERMS
6) Snow Trigger Threshold
Snow removal service is triggered when snowfall accumulation reaches approximately 5 cm or more.
Snowfall below 5 cm:
• Is not guaranteed to be serviced
• May be cleared at the Company’s discretion
• May be subject to additional charge

7) Snow Service Tiers
Standard Tier
• Service will be performed within approximately 10 hours after snowfall ends.
Premium Tier
• Service will be performed within approximately 10 hours after snowfall ends, OR
• By 6:00 AM following overnight snowfall events.
All timing commitments are subject to weather conditions, road safety, equipment functionality, and service volume.
Exact arrival times are not guaranteed.

8) Scope of Snow Service
Standard snow removal includes:
• Driveway clearing
• Primary walkway clearing
Not included unless agreed separately:
• Ice removal or salting
• Clearing behind parked vehicles
• Clearing of decks, patios, or secondary areas
Ice control reduces but does not eliminate slip risk. The Company does not guarantee completely ice-free surfaces.

9) Surface Damage Disclaimer
Snow removal equipment may cause minor surface wear or damage to:
• Asphalt
• Concrete
• Interlock
• Gravel
• Lawn edges
The Company is not liable for damage caused by:
• Hidden obstacles
• Uneven surfaces
• Pre-existing conditions

💰 PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
10) Pricing Structure
Prices are based on:
• Property size
• Service frequency
• Seasonal conditions
• Service complexity
All advertised prices are “starting from” and subject to property assessment.

11) Taxes
The Company is currently operating as a small supplier and is not registered to collect HST.
If HST registration becomes required, applicable taxes will be added to invoices moving forward.

12) Payment Terms
• Payment is due as per the agreed service plan.
• Late payments may result in service suspension.
• Non-payment may result in termination of service.

13) Cancellations
• Customers must provide notice to cancel services.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and may be subject to administrative fees.

⚖️ LIABILITY & LEGAL TERMS
14) Limitation of Liability
YearRound Property Care is not responsible for:
• Slip-and-fall incidents
• Injuries to residents, visitors, or third parties
• Indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the service period.

15) Access to Property
By enrolling in services, customers grant permission for YearRound Property Care to access the property during scheduled service periods.

16) Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:
• Unsafe conditions
• Abusive behavior
• Non-payment
• Excessive property neglect

17) Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
